“There is no end to learning things.”
Why did they send you to school? Were you suppose to learn something? Do you have any idea what it was or maybe it was just to get you out from under their feet. Most parents want the teachers to raise and teach their Child at the same time, Your Child begins to think that you have nothing to say about what they do or don’ do. They become confused and tend to drift away and become a lost soul. Teachers begin to care less and say, what’s the difference, no one really cares!
The teacher wants you to come to school and see how your child is doing and then work with the child at home. You, the parents, should have the final word on anything involving you child. But once things get started off the wrong way, it’s almost impossible to get them started the right way again,
Ask your self why? “Did, I hear about a thousand reasons why?” No excuse is really needed. Any discussion, should be the concern on your child only. Here is where the problem starts. Someone should have taught you about starting a family. Yes”, you could have learned something very important. At the beginning. It’s not too late for you, if you plan to have more kids.
MORAL issues are always the parents responsibility, How to be polite, courteous and to respect the values of others are taught at home. The difference between right and wrong are also taught by the parents and They need to know what these thing are. Man or men have always shown a courtesy to women by holding a door open, giving their seat to the opposite sex, assisting them by offering a arm for support going up or down stairs, walking on the out side when using a side walk and a lady is with you. The list goes on. There is a lot more to be taught than the few that are listed above. So think about what you want to say before you start talking.
In some of the last generations, the parents were not taught or had not learned these most precious teachings, One reason is: Families spend less and less time together, They have other things to do. Interests were different, if so, how did that happen? Were you one, that did not like or love your own child? One that has been brain dead from drink or drugs? There is nothing in life that is more important than your Family. What ever it was that you were doing, was more important than your child learning the basics in life?
From the beginning, The first thing in the Animal Kingdom, and with Man, was to protect the family and the family would protect the young. Family always comes before property and other issues.
We fight wars and men and women gave their lives, so these ways of life, freedoms and courtesies, were protected for all people. Did you let it slip by your children, because you had no idea of what has been going on in your world.
I couldn’t began to tell you the number of times I have watched and heard young people display bad manners to other people and act as if they know they weren't even doing it. It’s not the child’s fault, it’s the parent or parent’s fault. If you are one of those, that we are talking about, you should be ashamed of yourself and need to learn these things and teach them to all that don’t know them!
For those of you that have taught your children and grand children these things, I thank you, You are to be Commended for your efforts. You are my kind of people.
I learned all these good things from my parents and by watching other people. The bad things all came from friends that never had someone around to teach them. I can only hope that this is read by the people that need to know this stuff and that is my intention of this mailing. Don’t hesitate to tell this to anyone that ignores the simple little things on life and being courteous and thoughtful.
