" A New Mayor "

Did I feel a rain drop? This was our new Mayor Michelle OB, first words

It hasn’t rained here for at least an hour, why are such things allowed. We have a weather person to predict sun shine and good days, should he be replaced ?

Our will is his command, Does he not know this? Nature takes care of animals and the weather person is suppose to take care of us people. Good jobs are hard to find, someone should tell him this!

We should receive moisture only on the days requested and then it should be at night between 10:00 p.m. and 4: a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Mayor , Michelle’s first actions, was to install a couple of new laws.

She asked, who put the signs up that said: Stay off the streets when there are Moose lose. She said: that signs should be placed at the edge of town, telling the moose to keep out.

Also, there will be no more u-turns made at Hampton’s corner, even if the road does end there. A sign will be posted and fines will be collected.

She also reported, that Beavertown’s population had increased by two! And that free elections will no longer be tolerated. Bonds will have to be posted, application will need to be filed out and submitted and permits need to be granted and you must be a life time member of the Moose lodge to enter this union.

Shooting of Bears will no longer be allowed within the town, If a Bear is shot outside of town and follows you into town he will be shot by the town Marshall. The bear hide will be given to a needy person along with one front quarter of the bear for food. City official’s will share in the other three quarters.

Ducklings will no longer be kept as pets in a Tent, Tee Pee’s, Cave’s, Log House’s or Mine Shaft’s. or in

any City building.

There will be no DRUM beating after 5:00 (five P.M. and
No open fires, anywhere or anytime.


Indians must obtain a permit to sell blankets or moccasins with in the town.

Young Indian Men will be hired as City Employees, salaries will vary and can be negotiated. Starting wage will be; fifty cents (50 cents) per hour for four hours a day

Michelle OB, says her bank will grant loans to those who wish to get a better education, interests rates can be negotiated.

A Report on City improvements, The old jail will be torn down and replaced by a larger modern one, with steel bars

Notice to all Women, Please see that all the male members of your family and young children are Potty Trained before you let them use City facilities .
