Now I am sure most of you know something about this subject matter. It is about health care or the lack of it. A few years ago I had some extensive dental work done.
The plates never did work for me as I couldn’t eat a thing when I was using them. Oh they looked good and gave me a prize winning smile. I had returned to the dentist office a number of times to have the problem corrected. but the problem continued. The day came where I decided to make one final trip to see that dentist, he was either going to have my problem fixed or return my money. Upon arriving at his office I learned that he had moved his practice to Nebraska. But my story is not the topic of what I wanted to speak of.
You have all heard the story, that the park benches in Fort Lauderdale, Florida were so crowded with old retired doctors, that no one else could find a place to set at any of the parks. This may have been true many years ago, but not today! The Ft. Lauderdale park benches have been taken over by (Young retired Dentist.) Yes, the old retired doctors have been crowded off of the benches and had to find another place for the last of their retirement days.
I was reading an article in a magazine about Doctors forming a cooperative or a club where doctors were banning together to build a retirement settlement for retired doctors only. They bought up a huge particle of land south west of El Paso Texas, in Mexico. It is said to have everything with the exception of ocean front property, They have built one of the nicest Golf courses in the world, An airport that would put any other airport to shame. The enclosure around this area has been erected and protected by a barricade that would put the great Wall of China to shame. The land is not part of Mexico or the United States but they have yet to give it a name.
They have and are building and developing Villa sites for each member that joins or holds a membership in this project. Only retired Doctors and their wives are allowed to live here, No children or relatives are to be allowed.
Your cost for living in this environment is an equal share of the life time cost of the construction and maintenance of this establishment, of said corporation. With each Villa, the member will receive a Cook, Gardener, Maid/house-keeper, that will be provided and paid for by the corporation. Membership is for a life time, and it reverts back to the corporation after the death of the husband and wife. According to the charter, selected lovers do not qualify. According to the rules set by the governing membership, which is responsible for all laws and rules, It takes 76 % of the membership to carry any item at a election which will be held once each year. Each member is responsible for His/Her own banking and investment holdings. If you want out of this Corp, all you need to do is die. And you will be laid to rest in a Corporation Cemetery.
It is thought that there will be five hundred thousand to seven hundred & fifty thousand members in this joint project. And they are looking for more land to build several more of these projects. One will not need to bring anything with them when they arrive. Everything will be provided and be in place and ready for your used ahead of time.
Don’t let yourself be pushed off the bench by one of them Young Retired Dentists. Become a doctor and retire in Mexico. Something else you should know! Dentists are on their way out and Morticians are taking over, maybe you should forget about being a doctor and become a Mortician.
