We Men.
Well, it's Sunday and the battle is far from being over. What Battle is that, you ask? Remember when God made Adam, Then he decided to Make Eve for a companion ? This is the battle I am talking about!
I had control of things for the first few days of married life, than I started losing ground and have never been able to gain it back.. I wonder, what ever made me think one can gain back lost ground when there is a woman involved.
Now I know why there is a shortage of those special hospitals for guys like me. We men were put here on earth for one reason and that one reason only. Anyone know what that reason is? I know a guy that knew a guy that once heard of a guy that thought he knew the reason. But he died of a wound to the head before he could pass the information long.
They say it was an accident, but how did he manage to get struck more than a dozen time on the head? There are pages and pages of listings of these accidents. Have you ever wondered why all your buddies seem to pass away so young and you always hear that women live longer than men and they control the wealth of the world. Well why not, he works all his life to earn the money, then something happens and it's up to her to spend it.
I'm one of the lucky ones, never had any money and I have been careful not to give her any other reason to do me in. But she is always looking for one. I have to say she has been good to me, she will make pancakes for me every Sunday morning, And she will also make dam sure that I don't get to enjoy them.
Have you noticed when you complain about something, your buddy doesn't say to you, do it yourself. But there is always two or three women around to jump on your back to defend the women and say, "You are not helpless, do it yourself".
Are you beginning to remember what that one reason that you are here, is? The Lord said; Be fruitful and multiply! Okay, "One and One is Two". "Two plus One is Trouble". "Now do you remember"?
