" My Sister had a brother"

He was younger, and spoiled rotten. He thought he had to hit or do something bad to everyone , his mother included. He must have had a fear of his father as he never, done anything around him, that we knew of or got that close to him. He pestered and poked at the dog, until the dog turned and bit him.

This mean streak showed up early in his life at someplace around ten months, At two years he was starting to irritate everyone. No one ever hit back and no one was sure how the mother would react if they did. It was the mother that decided to do something about the problem. When he was around other small children, they would hit back, when he hit them, but those pokes or punches were never hard enough to hurt.

Family members would have their own way to react and do something he didn’t like. He was just starting to Kindergarten when a little girl beat the ho ho, out of him, but he continued to do other had mannered things. Sometime later, a group of little ones got together and worked him over, he cried so hard and long, the teacher had to bring him home.

The family found a tool, or a method to control the kid. If he started to push, poke or kick at one of them, they would tell him the little kids were going to beat up on him again if he didn’t stop. This would stop him and he remembered and understood what that person was saying. But he was still making bad faces or sticking his tongue out at them. Soap and water had little effect on this behavior, But once again the dog found a way to prevent more tongue action. It was aimed at the dog and the dog took a good bite of it. Tears flowed for some time, but the tongue stayed where it belonged, not to mention it was hard for him to eat for sometime. This kid never did learn how to be good completely and there was always going to be a mean streak in him.

It had gotten to the point where, we were wondering if he was a child of Mothers, or did she bring the wrong baby home from the hospital. The search began and no stone was left unturned. But the information gathered was of no use. At around six years of age, There were times that he would have to be tied to the cloths line post to keep track and control him. Chain with a pad-lock was used as he could undo any rope knot.

One day while riding in the country, Dad stopped the car so the family could get out and rest, It was close to where a farmer lived. When this, now six year old heard the sounds of animals. He took off running. Dad ran after him, but lost sight of him, The family all got back into the car and Dad drove to the Farmers house. He talked with the farmer and a search was started. It wasn’t long until there was a big commotion coming from the other end of the barn. When they got there, the geese were after the boy, they had him in a corner and the goat was bunting him. A horse in a stall close by was raring up and striking out with his hoofs, The farmer got the animals under control and Dad captured the kid and put an arm lock on him. We all apologized to the farmer and left the farm. The Father said to Mother, This kid is not going anywhere with us again, unless he is on a leash.

As the year go by, he enters school and he drove the teachers nuts, He never learned much but he was advanced to the next grade just to get rid of him. It was the same all through the eighth and he started going to High school. He wasn’t what you would call dumb, just wouldn’t go along with much and being unruly. He like to play in sports, but too many of the boys were getting hurt, So no one would let him play in the games. At seventeen he stopped going to high school and found work. He was a good worker and dependable.

After a few years, he found a girl friend, who was some what like him, Well they married and she loved to cook and eat. Everything she cooked, good or bad, they ate. It wasn’t long before they both were heavy weights and along came the first child. This is when his life really changed, she became the boss and ruled the home with the power of a Rhino. He was unable to do anything to please her and she punished him in so many ways you couldn’t count them. Ah, it was payback time and the family had nothing but smiles on thier faces.

Some years later and with the addition of four more children, he was about all done in. He had to find a way to get away. He enlisted in the Army and had a Mean Sergeant, with the name of Bertha Buffalo. She was just like the wife he had left at home. One day when they were on the rifle range, he shot himself in the foot. The ankle was damaged so bad he had to be discharged. It took some time to recover and he was given a prosthesis and a pension and sent home. The wife had found a new man in her life, and tossed this first husband out on his ear.

He hasn’t been seen since and no one knows where he is. He may be living next door to you or your boss or maybe a co-worked. I wonder, could he be your Boy Friend or your husband? He is bad news so be careful! Call 911 If you have to. He is not my brother, I was adopted!
