The Evolution of man,

Back when man first appeared on earth and when he first met another man. I would guess it is best to start off with saying, two men walking, one going north and the other going south. As they passed with in ten feet of each other and had gone around ten feet past their meeting point, They both stopped, turned and looked at each other. Both scratched their heads and, turned and continued walking.

Evolution continues!

Two men meet once again, one going east and the other going west, This time , so close they could have touched one in other. From the point where they had passed and about forty feet apart, They both turned to look at each other. One scratched behind his ear and the other scratched his butt.

Evolution continues!

One man standing by a tree and another squatting by the water’s edge, looking at his reflection in the water. They were watching each other. One picked up a small rock and tosses it into the water. The other picks up a small stone and tosses it toward the other man. He then extended his arm with a wiggling finger, indicating  for the man to come to him.

Once they had established the meaning of this action, they met in the middle. First, one would walk around the other poking and touching him and looking at him from top to bottom, then the other had his turn doing the same to the other. Both grunted at each other several times and then went on their way.

Evolution continues!

Soon, many of these men were gathering in groups and just standing there, looking at each other. One would poke the other with a stick or a finger and point to something, and grunt. Communication with each other had began.

It wasn’t long before some had noticed there was a difference between them, and some of the others. Some had bulges and bumps and they were much  softer. Once the men had noticed the difference, they started to pay more attention to the difference and noticed many new things about them. This is when they discovered there was man, and there was woman.

Evolution goes on!

Fire had been discovered, and was being used to keep warm and cook wild game. Birds with no feathers were being roasted on sticks. The people were gathering together and sharing their food.

At night, a large fire was started and everyone would lay close to it, to keep warm. Then the men would hold their skins up high, and motion for a women to come and lay close and keep each other warm. It is thought that this is where all the trouble between man and woman started.

Soon after this, some of the women had stomachs that swelled, Later, a tiny bag of noise would start crying and demand food and once their stomach were full , they would go back to sleep.

Evolution continues!

Soon it was discovered that there were many other groups, scattered around the land.  They would pound on old hollowed out logs, rocks, anything that would make a sound.  The sounds would carry to many other groups. Soon there was so much pounding on hollow logs, They called it back yard, or over the fence talk.

The air was so full of this drum beating, that the birds were unable to fly in the sky.  This also caused a thousand different animals to return to the sea.

Evolution goes on!

When the wheel was invented, evolution went much faster. The battle of the sex’s started.  Man built large cities all over the land, Some had a home under the water and some had a home in the sky.  Man had never got along well with other men and they fought wars. No one ever won the battle. No one knows why they were fighting and few really care. Today man still fights wars, Did evolution come to a stand still?

In a place called: Washington DC, There is no sign of life, nothing is moving and the only sound you can hear, is a breeze blowing through the trees.  “You in spirit” , can stand in a place called: The Library of History, Once found at the Smithsonian Institute,  in front of a huge marble building.

Going up a long flight of stairs, you enter a great room. You can hear the echo of each step that you take, getting to the center of this room. Once there were pictures of butterflies, from around the world, hanging on all the wall, now they are bare

You stand there and if you listen carefully, you can still hear the echo of sounds from the past. You turn around a few times and you start to think,  I wonder why? What happened ???
