Forward March.....This tells you we are going forward and we start off with your left foot.
When I say hip, hip. hip, that means your left foot is on t he ground each time I say hip.

Company Halt.....That means Stop and stand still. Okay now, where is your left foot? No!
No! it is on the ground along side your right foot.

Forward March.....Your left foot, your left foot, start off on your left foot followed by your
right foot.

When I say, Fall Out......Do not lay on the ground. I repeat, do not lay on the ground. Stay
on your feet where you are standing.

When I say dismissed......You can go to chow, wait, come back here, you have to wait until
I say dismissed…come back here! You Idiots.
