There she blows yelled the first mate, just before the Captain pushed him overboard. He turned and looked at all the other sailors on the deck and said, The next one of you that yells in my ear will be following the first mate over the side.
There was silence from stem to stern as they all found a place to hide. The Captain’s eyes were fire red and his head was all bent out of shape. He was wavering from side to side. though the sea was calm The smell of Rum and body odor was strong enough to cause the sea gulls to stop flying above and fall into the sea!
Why would anyone take a row boat to sea for Whale Hunting, certainly not a person in their right mind. But wait, “everyone knew that the Captain never had a right mind”, this wasn’t the first time he gotten away from the Old Drift Wood Home!
Several days later, a World War 11 German submarine surfaced and took them aboard. The old captain smelled so bad, that within a few days every crew member on board the submarine, along with their Commander, all abandoned ship .
All but two of the captain’s row boat crew had long before went over the side of that little row boat. Sharks and killer Whales all swim away from the area as fast as they could.. Some were seen floating belly up on the surface.
For several days the Captain and his two simple minded crew members twisted and turned Knobs, Valves and Switches, not knowing what they were doing. Some time later and early one morning there came a knock on the hatch ( door to you Land Lubbers ) It seems that the old captain had somehow beached the submarine in a “no parking and toll away zone”, in down town Boston.
Upon opening the hatch, Vapors were seen rising from with-in, all investigating officers and other personal had fainted or blacked out. An emergency call went out and selective government agencies in protective clothing arrived and sealed off the area.
It seems that the Mosquitoes were not affected, and once again the West Nile Virus had taken it’s toll .
