Baby Animals are the cutest things..
I don’t know anyone that looks at a baby animal and doesn’t smile. We all want to hold them and watch as they play and frolic around. A baby animal along with a baby child are the most innocent, at that young age.
Some wild animals don’t seem to mind that you are around, but you can be sure that they have their eyes on you every moment. Once a animal has grown and been in the wild, you had better stay your distance from it.
Young animals of the domestic type are much easier to approach and it is most likely because they depend on man to take care of them. Wild animals are dangerous, chances are they will attack you if you get a little too close to their young.
I think, the animal that I trust the most, is a wolf, after it gets use to having you around. There have been a number of stories written on a wolf adopting a human child, as a child of their family and raising it along with their own young, I don’t understand why, but I have always felt something special for the wolf. The animal that I trust the least, is a Monkey, because you never know what it is going to do! They appear so friendly and unafraid of man and I wonder, do they think of you, as the same as they are? You have to remember, who is it that sticks the knife in your back? It’s a man that has to be a throw-back of mankind, could it be called a Monkey?
There are few animals that give you a warning before striking. Most will hear you approaching and will move away from you. But then, that depends on if they are hungry and looking for food or if they have already had their dinner. To them, it is nothing personal, food is food, no matter how it is packaged.
It is funny how Mother Nature arranged things. To the wild animal, you are their food, to the Domesticated’ animal, you provide their food. And you can never domesticate a wild animal and be sure it will stay domesticated. Man is a lot like the wild animal. Take something away from him and he can get dangerously wild.
Have you ever seen an animal holding out a tin cup? He ask for nothing more than to be left alone. Man is always saying, share that with me! Or that belongs to me! Some even say, touch that and you die! And you still call man a friend!
Back to our story: When a person says, I love you, it’s because you have given something to them, or they want something from you! True love is when a cat is on your lap, purring away or rubbing her cheek on your cheek. Or a little dog, setting on your lap, wanting nothing. It would be hard for me to choose which! I’ll take both, as this is true love!
