Up and over the mountains, then down the other side, you will find a river that flows deep and swift. Take a running jump into it, and count to a hundred as you go deeper and deeper. If you come up breathing, I’ll be jumping with joy as you are one of my best friends. I wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to you! Here after, “remember” not to load down your pockets with gold and other heavy stuff, it makes you sink faster.
Once I knew of a couple of guys that were really mean to cats. One day, I saw them tie a rag, that was socked in gas, to the tail of a cat and set the rag on fire. Then turned him lose. Across the back yard he ran and jumped over the fence and fell dead on the other side. Then they said, he must have ran out of gas and laughed and laughed, thinking it was funny. When they were asked why they had done that, they said: they wanted to see how far he could go on a small amount of gas and laughed some more.
This wasn’t the first time these two had done things of this nature. Later on, a couple of bigger and older guys wanted to see how far these two could go, with something tied to their tail, ( rags in their back pockets that were set on fire,) Hands were tied together in front. They both made it as far as the hospital, for burn treatment. I would have to say: they also ran out of gas!
Being cruel to animals happens more often than you would think. The people that do these things, have never learned anything and it is doubtful that they will ever have brains enough to learn anything. A soft brain needs to filled with important things, like love and taught right from wrong of all that is.
It is no wonder that an animal will attack a person when they are being mistreated. We all have the ability to protect ourselves and can give the person a taste of the hurt they cause to others. To see these people hurt, is not all that satisfying, but it helps!
Pain is felt by all living things, not just man and woman. Man is capable of hurting himself when he finds he is guilty of hurting another person. An animal in the wild is often hurt more than a domestic animal. And a large animal is usually killed because of the fear that man has of them. Most animals will not harm you, as long as they have no fear from you. All, are creatures of a higher order. This is something that many people have not learned!
All baby creatures and the young baby humans, do not have any fear, they learn for the elders. But some how, you have forgotten. All adult animals recognize the young and most will not harm them. Many will take the young under their own wing, so to speak, and protect them from harm. In the animal world, the animals are smarter than humans! Yet, the animals all have fear of man, Man is a killer as he thinks he is the Master of all animals. Man is the only animal that kills and takes and keeps other animals as trophies. At the same time, Some Men and women are so protective, they will try to make a better life for most animals. But men like this, are few and the world need more of them.
An animal taken from the wild and, the attempt to domesticate them, will never work. At some time in the future, they will revert to being wild and attack man, often killing them. One should always have fear of an animal and try not to get attached to them or challenge them, you will only come out second best!
