Wanted, A cook with a Smile and a working brain.
My old cook has served me well, but she has gotten so old and wants to retire, But only from certain things like, Cooking, House work, Doing laundry, cutting wood, moving snow. She has already stopped driving in Demolition Derby’s, Mountain Climbing, just to mention a few.
I have been advertising for a new cook. I have two, that I want to interview and then go from there. Both are young and seem to know their way around in a kitchen. Each has a specialty list of foods they like to work with and I am not sure that either will meet my requirements or likes. Both are cute as a mouse and they both have good references. Although neither has a Work History that can be checked on.
One I have known since she was a baby and the other comes highly recommended. As for wages to be paid, it will be about the same. I don’t know if I should hire one with the feeling in my heart or what my stomach will say! As they say, The proof will be in the pudding!

A good cook is hard to find. The girl with the spoon looks like she knows what she's doing. Not sure about the one in the apron.
